Prior to starting CoachingTRUE, I was the Head Coach of a high performing team, coaching hundreds of women entrepreneurs and facilitating professional trainings for a decade. Since 2012, I’ve helped Women Rocking Business to grow a multimillion-dollar professional development brand. With a focus on holistic business models and leadership development, I have worked with 6 and 7 figure business owners and led entrepreneurial startup teams to achieve performance goals.

With more than 17 years of experience in leadership roles within the self-growth and workshop industry, I am recognized as an exceptional coach and mentor. Through my compassionate approach I hold up a mirror for my clients, helping them identify blind spots and close gaps on their path to authentic growth and success, empowering them to become exceptional leaders.

 

Currently residing in Santa Cruz, California, I cherish spending quality time with my husband of 16 years and our spirited teenage daughter. We love our beach walks and hiking adventures amidst the redwoods.
